ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY

ABOUT YOU

You should:

• Be proficient with Windows and Windows Server operating systems.
• Have prior experience in the installation, testing and support of bespoke developed & 3rd party purchased software applications.
• Be able to provide support for small sized projects tasks to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and meet the stated business requirements
• Create and maintain support documentation & standard operating procedures to ensure that they are up to date and conform to requirements.
• Have ability to organise and prioritise requests/incidents.
• Be able to work to and maintain IT processes & standards, including IT change management.
• Have Web Server skills including IIS and Apache.
• Have Middleware Technologies skills such as IBM WebSphere, Oracle Fusion Middleware and Tomcat.

You may also have:

• An awareness and understanding of software licensing agreement maintenance.
• Experience of IT service management tools.
• Knowledge of one or more of ASP, .NET, Apex, and MS Access
• Have Security Protocols skills such as SSL/TLS.
