Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Your role: The Intern will support in preparing, conducting and follow-ups to Quality area. Location: Böblingen.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Tracking of QDA KPIs and creating reports for top management.
- Analyzing existing deviation process and defining process gaps.
- Serve as the primary point of contact along with the QDA lead to assist requesters in creating QDAs in Teamcenter.
- Supporting QDA lead in defining new process together with Business and IT.
- Support Project Quality Engineer in maturity risk management in the projects.
- Plan, organize and conduct product/quality reviews of new projects (Q-Approval).
- Support Project Quality Engineer in preparing maturity reports and presentations for the Top-management.
- Participate in the Maturity Management Meeting with Top-Management.
- Work closely with Advanced Quality Engineers and have a regular exchange on project-critical topics.
- Support in tracking and creating transparency on critical product/ process topics.
- Prepare workshops e.g. Lessons Learned, PTO readiness.
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled student in mechanical engineering, business administration and engineering or a comparable program with completed basic studies
- Interested in interdisciplinary and cross-functional context and work within a company
- As desirable, experience in Quality and automotive industry
- High degree of commitment and dedication, ability to work in a team, communication skills, independence and initiative
- Good analytical thinking
- Very good English skills
- Good MS-Office knowledge
