Instrument Technician (F/M)
1. Key Result Areas: Incident free operations, Adherence to INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, and local regulations.
Major Activities:
• Setting and participating in SHE improvement program goals
- Participate in the company SHE improvement program with personalized goals
- Provide feedback and participate in BBS activities, Near Miss, 20P, Asset Care activities, and the Occupational Health and Safety Committee
- Ensure targets for SHE activities are achieved and reflected in the following year's activities
- Familiarize with SHE KPI contents and actively participate in activities
• Supervise self-performed and outsourced work related to maintenance of instrumentation equipment
• Prepare and quality check instrumentation spare parts and request for inspection
• Perform tasks related to DCS, PLC, etc.
• Establishing instrumentation maintenance plans and maintaining maintenance records
• Updating instrument drawings
Outcome: Zero recordable injury and no property loss
2. Key Result Areas: Maintenance services and improvement of Instrument
Major Activities:
• Check and coordinate performance and progress in accordance with maintenance team goals and set objectives
• Support plant stable operation through daily safety meetings and maintenance service quality improvement activities
• Support and conduct E&I projects
• Perform scheduled ITPM (Inspection, Testing, Preventive Maintenance) in accordance with vendor guides, codes and standardized procedures
• Support annual shutdown maintenance work plan including 4yr long-term shutdown
• Immediate action of unplanned plant instrumentation tasks
• Drawing up maintenance work details, including preparation of plant instrumentation work
• Purchase requests for plant instrumentation work
• Perform work order processing, contract work, equipment purchases, and spare parts purchases for plant instrumentation tasks through the SAP system
• Monitor work and maintain maintenance records for efficient plant instrumentation maintenance
• Effectively diagnose equipment failures and repair them in a timely manner to maximize the availability of plant instrumentation
• Continuously update drawings for maintenance and engineering of plant instrumentation
