Inspection & Documentation Coordinator

Role Synopsis
The Inspection & Documentation Coordinator is a member of the Inspection Team responsible for supporting the site’s fixed equipment (piping, pressure vessels, tanks) inspection and testing program through administration of digital work processes and managing documentation control systems, in accordance with INEOS practices and relevant industry standards (API, ASME).
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Documentation administrator for the following:
- Inspection reports and weld repair documentation
- Risk-based inspection (RBI) technical documentation
Manage the Inspection department’s toolkit (calibration standards, boroscopes, consumables, etc.)
Provide administrative support for the following inspection team activities
- Configuration and upkeep of the site’s Inspection Database Management Software (GE APM Meridium)
- Inspection interface with the site’s Maintenance Management Software (SAP)
- Integrity management metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Development/revision of site inspection and testing procedures
- Inspection-related finance and procurement activities
- Inspection-related field initiatives and projects
Key Activities
- Manage inspection and repair documentation, including upload into the site’s digital document library (OpenText)
- Track and revise controlled inspection documents to continually support evergreening of the site’s risk and time-based inspection program as changes and/or findings occur in the process units.
- Maintain operability and calibration compliance of department toolkit and consumables through vendor repair/calibration requisitions, new material/equipment purchasing, and status tracking.
- Provide administrative support to maintain equipment inspection data in the site’s Inspection Database Management System (GE APM Meridium) and MMS (SAP) at the direction of the site inspectors.
- Work with the local and global IT group to support various technical initiatives, bugs and performance issues, and software enhancement requests for the site’s IDMS (GE APM Meridium)
- Query, track, and communicate relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through the IDMS and/or MMS for reporting
Essential Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Essential Experience and Job Requirements
- Technical and/or administrative experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience and expertise with management, utilization, and organization of computer/digital systems and environments
- Experience with inspection, maintenance, documentation, and/or other industrial management software programs (e.g. SAP, Maximo, GE APM Meridium, PCMS, Documentum, OpenText)
- Analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Works and interacts effectively as a team member
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Word)
Desirable Criteria / Qualifications
- 2 year technical or administrative degree
- Experience with the following software applications
- Inspection Data Management Systems GE APM Meridium and/or Mistras PCMS
- SAP
- AutoCAD
- Knowledge of American Petroleum Institute (API) codes and standards for piping, tanks, and pressure

- Must be able to fluently speak, write, and read English.
