INEOS Enterprises has an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR Center of Excellence (COE).  This position will be located at the INEOS Enterprises US Headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. 

Job Objective

The HR Business Partner is an integral part of the INEOS Enterprises’ Human Resources Department.  The position is responsible for implementing talent strategy, supporting performance management through coaching and development, global HR project work, and provide subject matter expertise around HR policies and procedures. You’ll work collaboratively with the broader HR teams, to help drive the people to plan across all functions and regions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities of the position include, but not limited to:

  • Assisting COE Leader with projects and initiatives
  • Lead all areas of HR in designated business unit
  • Partner with HR global center of excellence for benefits and HRIS
  • Manage and coordinate the relocation process of employees from start to finish as needed, including assisting with Visa and immigration procedures
  • Assist with the development, implementation and administration of company compensation programs
  • Assist with company job evaluation for compensation  
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvements
  • Monitors and ensures the organizations compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Successfully coach and counsel managers on people and organizational issues
  • Knowledge or desire to learn about succession planning and performance management process
  • Participate and lead multi-site projects
  • Comfortable working with multiple HR systems –SuccessFactors, Kronos, ADP, LOA, etc.
  • Using various systems to extract data used to improve management and employee experiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification desirable
  • 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable being the face of human resources
  • Demonstrated HR acumen with strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge and examples about improving organizational capability
  • Using HR analytics to track and measure effectiveness of HR performance
  • Ability to continually improve, develop and challenge the status quo
  • Ability to think strategically but also focus and prioritize tactical operational issues
  • Supporting multiple locations
