The Mechanical Sector ensures the maintenance of all the production facilities at the Jemeppe site.
Your responsibilities :
• Manage the maintenance sector of all the production assets;
• Ensure compliance with Safety/Environment according to the procedures in place;
• Manage the maintenance intervention schedule;
• Work in consultation with manufacturers to coordinate on-site interventions;
• Identify recurring problems and propose technical solutions
• Monitor the maintenance costs of the sector unit;
• Manage a team of around 20 people;
• A guard role is requested;
• Ensure contractual relations with service providers;
Your profile :
• Industrial Engineer, Electromechanical or Mechanical orientation;
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial mechanics (focused on fluid mechanics, mechanical transmission, rotating machines);
• Good knowledge in Word, Excel and SAP software;
• Excellent management and leadership skills;
• Propensity for teamwork;
• Entrepreneurial spirit focused on problem solving;
• Knowledge of English is a plus;
• You have a B license.
