Main role purpose:
The post holder manages all treasury activities to ensure all cash flows and payments are made on time and to forecast.
Key responsibilities & accountabilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of the Company’s securitisation programme, both managing the regular reporting requirements for all sites and preparing the regular consolidated reporting requirements.
- Manage the process for cash forecasting including co-ordinating, challenging, and recommending changes to the submissions for all sites and preparing forecasts for holding companies.
- Assist the Group Treasury and Credit Manager to manage the Treasury function for INOVYN, including managing the cash around the group.
- Provide working capital reporting across the group including debtors, creditors, and stock. Challenge sites on anomalies and identify potential issues with suggested solutions.
- Manage, motivate, coach, and develop the Treasury Team.
Key skills & experience:
- Expected to be ACCA/CMIA/ACA qualified, with experience in Treasury preferable.
- In-depth knowledge of financial processes and accounting systems (SAP R3) required.
- Must be able to acquire and assimilate knowledge of the Company’s structure and debt arrangements in a short timeframe.
- Strong understanding of banking software.
- High level of IT proficiency (particularly MS Excel).
- Highly organised and able to demonstrate high levels of data accuracy.
- Able to effectively identify issues with critical information so that early corrective actions can be taken.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and able to positively influence at all levels.
- Able to lead by example.
