Group Procurement Systems Administrator

Organisational Context and Job purpose The job holder will work alongside the Group IT Procurement Manager and the Procurement Performance Manager. This role will have significant interface with the other INEOS Businesses procurement professionals in the monitoring of Group Procurement IT tools as well as in their administration. Required profile - Level of Education and experience in general :

  • Bachelor in an IT, engineering or chemical discipline
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience in IT systems administration
  • Fluent in English (ability in other European languages is an advantage)

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Administration and monitoring of procurement Group tools like the Contact Tool, IN.SPEND, O365 Procurement SharePoint sites, Non-conformance for NBA, DocuSign…
  • Administration of contracts, purchase orders and invoices of Group IT contracts in place.
  • Contribution to contract negotiation and to contract management

The relevant Business within Ineos is Olefins & Polymers North as the hosting business

The location is any Olefins & Polymers North in Belgium : Lillo, Geel, Neder-Over-Heembeek (Brussels)

Accountabilities

Provide support to the Procurement Performance Manager to ensure the quality and consistency of the content of Group Procurement systems. Specifically in the areas of

  • Applying knowledge management principles
  • Best practices identification and sharing
  • Access rights control
  • Content monitoring
  • Master data administration
  • Systems optimization
  • User education

Provide support to the Group IT Procurement Manager and the Group IT Procurement Network in the establishment and management of Group IT contracts. Specifically in the areas of

  • Contract signature and administration
  • PR/PO process follow-up
  • Allocation mechanism administration
  • Invoicing administration
  • Vendor creation

Support the development of Group Procurement systems to improve the functions efficiency and effectiveness. Specific examples would include

  • Collect improvement proposals via the interaction with users in Procurement Networks
  • Propose improvements to the Procurement Performance Manager

In full filling this objective it will be necessary to develop knowledge of the IT tools used in the function, including O365, Power BI, Qlickview, SAP as well as more common IT tools.

Learning and development.

  • Develop a broad understanding of the Procurement Networks and businesses.
  • Develop a broad understanding of Procurements processes and Procurements Systems.
  • Capture best practices and knowledge of Procurement systems of businesses in order to improve Group Procurement Systems
