Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

The role:
The Finance and Leasing Manager provides a range of commercially focused or operational management services in business-critical areas:
- Manage relationships with Financial Service Partners within the USMCA Region (United States-Mexico-Canada) as part of a private label partnership
- Manage marketing strategy with Financial Service Partners
- Manage Residual Value Strategy with ALG
- Benchmark program offerings from competitors
- Manage relationships with other vendors
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Develop Approved Program strategies including: Creating market specific Retail Finance & Lease Programs with approved Retail Finance Partners
- Manage all weekly and monthly data feeds from INEOS to the Financial Services Partners
- Implement Corporate Image Marketing with Financial Service Partners to ensure correct usage of trademarks and branding initiatives
- Detailed Process Mapping & Documentation of Lease and Finance Penetration to support sales goals
- Work in close liaison with Financial Services Partners and Dealer network to utilize finance and lease programs to support sales programs and targets
- Drive initiatives and campaigns to support maximising revenue for IAL while supporting residual values
- Work with dealer partners to ensure used vehicle consumer finance offers are communicated in line with updates/offers
- Support Sales Operations in all other aspects to achieve USMCA goals
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working within an automotive financial services environment essential
- A good understanding of the retail, wholesale and financial services required
- Experience working across multiple markets is beneficial
- Proven analytics and reporting expertise. Adept at using pptx, an advanced excel user with extensive experience of sales reporting and forecasting platforms
- Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
- Proven ability to streamline processes and automate wherever possible
- Previous experience with Salesforce and SAP desired
- Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
