The Role: Event Manager

The Events Manager will design, create, deliver, and own the INEOS Grenadier experiential marketing programme. Part of the wider Marketing and Communications team, this role will contribute directly to the INEOS Automotive annual global marketing strategy.

Duties of the Event Manager:

  • Identify events to deliver the commercial and strategic goals
  • Managing to deliver an exceptional events within manageable budget with a culture of continuous learning "every event better then the previous one"
  • Post-event evaluation, key interface with the CRM team and follow up on actions and statistics (who and how many people came to the events, who is interested, follow up with registered interest)
  • Responsible for the Event Quality and its outcomes - Regional satisfaction, customer satisfaction, positive feedback from customers
  • Creating regional processes & procedures for the regional managers to follow

For our Event Manager we are looking for:

  • Strong background in experiential marketing Automotive experience preferred; designing and delivering multiple-markets driving programmes
  • Demonstrable track record of creating successful and memorable events
  • International experience with great cultural understanding
  • Understanding of all marketing channels (e.g. social, digital, etc.)
  • Customer centric approach with an awareness of our target market
  • Internal and external stakeholder management experience at all levels, including agencies
