Key Accountabilities

(Including but not limited to):

  • Customer service excellence, achieving world class standards in case fill, OTIF, achievement of plan and forecast accuracy.
  • Lead the S&OP process, collaborating closely with stakeholders such as Sales, Commercial, Marketing & Operations etc to ensure all inputs are considered for effective supply and optimised operational performance.
  • Production capacity planning to optimise manufacturing variance, labour recovery and asset utilisation.
  • Reduce all internal/external Warehousing and supply chain related costs to as low as is practicable.
  • Deliver world class levels of stock accuracy and inventory control across all storage locations, both internal and external.
  • Determining optimum stock holding levels, optimising and balancing customer demand and SLOBS in finished goods, packaging and raw materials.
  • Support the supply chain aspects of new product/customer onboarding, whether that be in-house or co-packed.

About You:

We are seeking an experienced European Supply Chain Manager. Additionally, the following are essential requirements for the role:

  • A good understanding of supply chains – supplier, producer, customer flows and order to cash.
  • Financially savvy with cost accounting and cost to serve understanding, able to spot cost down opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, to analyse complex customer/forecast data and convert to high level business summaries and recommendations, spotting trends and patterns.
  • Data driven, comfortable making decisions and taking managed risks.
  • Understands commercial landscapes, demand planning and forecasting.
  • Deep understanding of Logistics, Distribution etc
  • Strong knowledge of SAP
  • Strong understanding of the S&OP process and comfortable preparing data for executive decision making
