1. Environmental legal compliance Management

• Coordinate, gather and facilitate all relevant resources and data to the consultant of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
• Prepare Environmental Impact Assessment report and submit to the government.
• Take action on communication with both internal and external in case that there is any environmental adverse impact from monitoring results.
• Implement regular Total Volatile Organic Compound (TVOC) measurement and provide corrective actions report by working with production and utility colleagues for environmental improvement.

Plan and manage wastes disposal to licensed 3^rd party

2. Environmental permits

• Responsible for and coordinate with Office of Natural Resources and Environmental (ONEP) for EIA Permits approval of plant modification/expansion.
• Prepare, follow up and maintain all Environmental permit.

3.Environmental and sustainability report preparation

• Collect all relevant information, data and other concerns of environmental topic to prepare the relevant report/documentation.
• Responsible for documenting and reporting the waste management system by collaborating with vendor and government.
• Organize, coordinate and perform the Environmental Mitigation and Monitoring report according to the EIA monitoring results and prepare the report to the government.
• Responsible for completing the annual INEOS Styrolution environmental data collection in order to ensure correct and reproducible data and how environmental data are collected for the environmental data report or Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).

Ensure on data entry, data organizing, and calculations associated with the workup of the GRI and is responsible for the final report entry into Gensuite

4. Environmental and Energy Management System

• Act as an internal lead auditor of any management system implementation (ISO14001, ISO45001).
• Identify, report and record all non-conforming of environmental and/or energy management system to concern parties.
• Take responsibility and action for communication with both internal and external in case that there is any environmental adverse impact.
• Initiate action as needed to verify and correct all environmental concerned issues.
• Act as an emergency team member when requested or assigned.
• Act as environmental pollution controllers (industrial waste, wastewater, air) of company.

Act as environmental company trainer.
