E&I Engineer (F/M)
A. 
Purpose /Role of the job /: Describe in 1 phrase what contribution the job is expected to make to the organisation’s objectives
Planning, executing, monitoring and improving all E&I activities in maintenance, engineering and technical support. Troubleshooting at plant operation with effectiveness and improving reliability according to the guidance or objectives of Maintenance team.

- Maintenance of equipment reliability and response for equipment & process troubleshooting
External
- Communication & implementation of maintenance works with service provider, equipment vendors and representative of sub-contractors.
C. Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job: Describe the main results expected from the job
- Key Result Areas:Incident free operations, Adherence to INEOS Styrolution SHE guidelines, and local regulations.
Major Activities:
- Participate in Behavior Based Safety program and promote team members/contractors to participate in the activity at site during the E&I maintenance work.
- Promote E&I members and participate in the activity to build safety culture at site and drive for incident free operation.
- Support & perform for the integrity of Asset manager for the site E&I.
- Plan and perform for INEOS Styrolution Asset Care program.
- Support & perform for maintaining the asset and integrity of the protective system.
- Follow and practice Life Saving Rules at site related to E&I.
- Follow and practice Permit to work as per the site procedure related to E&I
- Follow and practice Management of Change as per the site procedure related to E&I
- Conducting/ participating in HAZOPs at site as per procedure
- Comply all legal regulations related to E&I.
- Participate to perform action items to implement INEOS Styrolution Sustainability program at site for the E&I.
Outcome: Zero recordable injury and no property loss
- Key Result Areas :Maintenance services and improvement of E&I
Major Activities:
- Support the E&I projects
- Support annual maintenance plan objectives including ITPM plan for all equipment and update
- Support annual shutdown maintenance work plan including 4yr long-term shutdown
- Support immediate action for unplanned shutdown for E&I.
- Review maintenance work detail including safety preparation for E&I.
- Support work order through SAP system to perform contract work, purchasing equipment and spare parts of E&I with technicians.
- Support effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximize availability on E&I.
Outcome: Achieve target reliability for E&I equipment
- Key Result Areas: CapEx Project implementation for maintenance E&I area at the plant
Major Activities:
- Support and review own investment project for equipment renewal and process, product development or latest technology application for approval.
- Support the Electrical and Electronic systems projects
- Review drawing and scope of supply.
- Support inspection and test (FAT, SAT).
- Prepare technical documents such as drawings, equipment specifications and work detail list
- Support project progress, quality, budget and delivery on contract services and purchase items.
- Submit project completion report to capitalize and to update all project relevant drawings, specifications, equipment list.
