Story so far
Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Dealer Network Specialist
Working closely alongside the Dealer Network Development Manager and Director as well as cross functional and regional teams, the role is required to support the creation of business processes to ensure compliance, standards and consistency are executed within the team. Definition, standardisation and compliance of Network Steering, documentation management, Facility, Corporate Identity and other business requirements and processes that support market/brand strategy which impacts the US budget. The role also includes supporting business decisions to steer network, development of business cases, market and interpretation of data sets, collecting qualitative and quantitative market data as well as creating and supporting internal process for dealer standards in Sales, Aftersales, Marketing and Network business areas.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support the delivery of the Grenadier market strategy
- Create internal processes to improvement decision-making efficiency, documentation standards and regulatory compliance
- Build, through data management process development, market intelligence for all markets
- Support to the variant models by market, and support building a strong business case
- Create thorough and robust set of standards, in line with the brand values, for all sales and aftersales conduit
- Support developing the internal processes of the retail model in line with internal audit and other quality process management guidelines
- Supporting the creation of KPIs/targets by which to measure effectiveness of our distribution channels, coordinating market intelligence, support building composite data for each of those channels
- Develop and evolve close working relationship with potential partners, coordinate applications and business case assessment process
- Provide support to the Network Development Manager on presentations, data input and analysis on partners, agencies as required
What we are looking for:
- International business development and/ or trade experience; bringing a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking is more important than automotive sector experience
- Ability to create, establish business processes to implement strategic decisions
- Experience with documentation and data management processes
- Proven track record in working in an international business environment
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the automotive industry
- Microsoft application literacy and business acumen
- Process driven and pragmatic approach.
- Strong analytical skills. Team player. Prioritisation and work towards tight deadlines
