Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Dealer Network Data Analytics Manager

This individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of key strategic network performance metrics for areas such as Sales, Aftersales, Brand Standards, Customer Experience and Marketing and specifically for variable margin measurement. Metrics will be utilised to benchmark performance against strategic targets to drive dealer behaviour. Benchmarking, analytics and performance will be displayed in a transparent scorecard portal for dealers to review and interpret. This individual should ensure the appropriate metrics are in place, accurate, monitored and continuously improved with the overall target of enhancing performance and profitability through customer satisfaction and retailer performance. Metrics will have an overall impact on direct budget for the region.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Creation of overall strategy and delivery for key Dealer network metrics such as Sales, Aftersales, Brand, Product and Marketing for as well as Part exchange programme and processes
  • Manage all aspects of metric reporting accuracy, timing, report distribution and report manual creation, Develop and produce regular and relevant dealer / management reports to support delivery of performance and standards requirements
  • Ensure the Dealer network properly represents our brand to prospects and customers
  • Ensure standards compliance by all Dealers via submission and reporting
  • Implement business intelligence function within department for transparent and easy-to-use performance measurement
  • Development of reporting through data management, organization and front-end visualizations.
  • Analytics are critical to this role, “what’s measurable is actionable”

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to multitask and control diverse projects
  • Strong analytics background with experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL
  • Web-based visualisation tools for data aggregation, organization for outbound reporting
  • IT back-end, support systems and architecture literate
  • Previous experience collaborating with IT on integration, application development and architecture
  • Experience in the automotive industry with broad knowledge of retail business with a focus on reporting and analytics
  • Strong planning and analytical skills as well as effective negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Reasonable product knowledge and 4x4 expertise.
  • Team player. Prioritisation and able to work towards tight deadlines
