Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we’ve hit some huge milestones along the way. Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years. And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

CX Marketing Manager

As a new OEM, our customers are pioneers and their spirit and dedication to the brand is at the heart of everything we do. As CX Marketing Manager at INEOS Automotive you’ll lead the CX Marketing Communications strategy, identifying opportunities to drive conversion, develop the customer lifecycle and increase customer retention. You’ll showcase your expertise in customer journey mapping throughout the entire sales funnel and developing communication frameworks.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Create and implement opportunities to deliver a best-in-class customer experience
  • Champion our customers across all INEOS Automotive departments to increase advocacy and retention
  • Define and implement the lead scoring tool to draw valuable insights from customer data
  • Map the optimal INEOS customer journey and define our customer communications strategy
  • Segment our customer base and implement strategies to target these audiences
  • Implement the processes to track, oversee and organise every customer interaction throughout their lifecycle
  • Define and implement a robust measurement framework to monitor and measure CX, customer value and retention
  • Centralise the various systems deploying the email campaigns

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to lead and empower a high performing team to achieve marketing results and commercial success
  • Problem-solving skills – identifying and addressing customer experience issues, resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions to pain points
  • Working knowledge and experience of working with a customer database and email marketing systems
  • Experience with an Enterprise MarTech stack, particularly DXP, CRM & CDP
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement and able to adapt to shifting business dynamics and commercial priorities
  • Experience in strategic Customer/Automation management and campaign implementation
