The Role: The CRM & Digital IT Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the IT Systems team on the project side and as well on the operational side (support of the daily business).
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Working as part of the IT Enterprise Systems Team you will be responsible for support and continous enhancement our Digital System (CRM website and mobile app).
- This will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating the daily operational support
- Driving the requirements definition and scoping of deliverables in colaboration with business product owner
- As a member of the digital programme working with IT and business programme manager to deliver the business capabilites
- Manage escalation in case of issues, related to operational services or related to delivery projects, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and manage a strong relationship with the business stakeholders in all business units, creating a ‘One Team’ working model through service ownership, programme delivery and business.
- Ensure the digital systems landscape and all services are always secure, making sure security standards and requirements are implemented as needed.
- Continuously identify areas of opportunity and improvement by using data driven insights and technology solution, throughout the customer experience/lifecycle
- Identify issue areas or areas that require improvement, enhancing, improving, or implementing new process and policies
- Management of team including personal development plans and integration with wider INEOS Automotive business.
For the CRM & Digital IT Systems Manager, we are looking for:
- 5 years experience in Global/European Digital Systems implementation
- SiteCore experience / CRM Experience
- Azure DevOps knowledge
- SAP S4 Hana experience would be desirable
- Exemplary leadership and skills in deployment method specific to global manufacturing companies.
- Strong Tier 1 OEM background/experience is also a plus for this role.
- Experienced at industry leading software implementation is an advantage.
- Excellent Organisational Change Management skills and evidence of results in successful deployment of CRM for large companies.
- Superior programme and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication skills: influence, collaboration, conflict resolution, and expectation management to work with global IT and business teams to deliver expected results.
