How the Role fits In:
This position is responsible for the accuracy, integrity, and availability of maintenance data, documentation, and reporting within the SAP CMMS in support of safe, compliant, and cost-effective maintenance operations. This position serves as the SAP subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to employees to ensure accurate and high-quality data entry. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
SHE Stewardship
• Maintain safety as the highest priority and abide by all INEOS safety policies and procedures.
• Understand and promote the INEOS “20 Principles of Safety”, assuring that others are aware of safe working practices and promote the safety concepts of “Coaching for Safety” and “Stop Work”.
• Promote safety and safe actions through communication such as discussing safety with employees/contractors before job task, during meetings, and as opportunities arise to promote safety to the fullest extent possible.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulatory requirements and strive to meet internal SHE objectives.
• Complete training requirements as outlined in the annual training schedule.
Main Duties
• Ensure compliance with all INEOS safety policies and promote safe working practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely maintenance data within SAP CMMS.
• Control, file, and maintain maintenance documentation and records.
• Create customized SAP queries and prepare weekly and monthly maintenance reports.
• Maintain maintenance training records and document control in line with ISO requirements.
• Provide SAP CMMS training and first-line system support to plant users.
• Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department.
• Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives within maintenance.
• Accuracy and timeliness of maintenance data entered into SAP
• On-time completion of weekly and monthly maintenance reports
• Audit findings related to maintenance documentation and training records
• User satisfaction with SAP CMMS support and training
• Compliance with SHE training and safety requirements
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in CMMS data entry and query/report writing
Technical skills
• SAP CMMS data entry and reporting
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Database maintenance (Access)
• Document control and records management

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
