Job Responsibilities:
Operating, controlling, regulating, and monitoring our continuous production process either in the field or from the control room
Ensuring compliance with high environmental protection and occupational safety standards
Flexible deployment across various plant segments and corresponding workstations
Conducting inspection rounds and monitoring measuring points
Independently identifying and responding to disruptions, irregularities, or breakdowns
Issuing work orders and creating reports
Performing start-up and shutdown procedures
Requirements:
Ideally, a successfully completed apprenticeship as a chemical technician or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience working in a production plant with shift work
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Ability to adapt well in a dynamic environment with rapid changes
A team player with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Strong awareness of safety and quality
