The Business Support Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the business operations of INEOS Automotive. Reporting into business development, this position is designed for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic team. The Business Support Administrator will support the efficient and effective day-to-day running of the Americas team by leading all administrative and scheduling topics as well as supporting the team in project coordination, ad hoc research and preparing presentations thus providing valuable support to the leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of administrative and business projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure various milestones are met
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations

Market and Competitive Analysis:

  • Assist in the preparation of market analysis reports
  • Support the analysis of customer feedback and market intelligence

Administrative Support:

  • Prepare and organize business documents, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Lead procurement at local level

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with senior business specialists and other team members
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • A strong desire to learn, and grow within the company

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analysis tools
  • Internship or relevant work experience in a business-related role.
  • Experience with project management
