Title: Admin Assistant (TAR Team)
Hours: 37.5 per week
Location: Grangemouth HQ, O&P UK
Salary: Dependent on skills, qualifications and experience
Contract type: PAYE Agency until the end of October 2025

ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
We are offering a short-term contract for an individual to support our Central TAR Team with their administration during our upcoming event.
Key accountabilities
- Print & collate technical documents / drawings.
- Print & collate workpack supporting documentation.
- Collate, identify and order office stationary to support the team.
- Monitor and update trackers and registers.
- Take minutes of meetings, highlight actions and owners and distribute notes.
- Manage team IT requirements – raise issues, track responses, order equipment.
- Manage office accommodation, allocating desks, arranging lockers etc.
- Workpack administration, track documents, management of ‘red pen mark-ups’ from engineers and contractors & management IT and hard copy filing systems.
This position will require some periods of flexible working during TAR/shutdown events. It includes working with the INEOS TAR & asset teams and also with the TAR contractors and vendors.
ABOUT YOU
Required:
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications to a good level.
- High appreciation of the importance in completeness and quality of documentation.
- Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work on own and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with the ability to influence and a have flexible approach to work.
- Experience in a similar role or able to demonstrate current admin experience.
Desired:
- Document control experience.
