Your Career: As a Vehicle Support Engineer for INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: This role will also work extremely closely with our repairing workshops & technicians to review repairs, offer direct assistance (electronic & physical – when required) conduct training needs analysis, compile Technical reports, coach, educate and develop both Internal teams & the network and its staff, and in an ambassador capacity, contribute to growing the capability & standing of the department within the wider Ineos Automotive business.

As a business we are now moving into an exciting launch phase, with start of vehicle production and our customers driving their new Grenadier 4x4 in 2022. For the Vehicle Support Engineer we are looking for:
- The right candidate will preferably come from an automotive aftersales background, have strong diagnostic and analysis skills and be able to work to a very wide scope of expectations and wear many different hats.
- Able to use, understand and develop Technical & Aftersales tools, diagnostic equipment & strategies for best practise.
- Ability to work in both office and field-based teams with a customer focused repair & service excellence approach.
- Regional travel will be required
