Your Career: As the Treasury Manager of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast-moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role: This role manages Treasury activities for all INEOS Automotive entities.

This includes (but is not limited to) i) Managing all banking relationships globally; ii) Implementing and operating a cash pooling process iii) Developing and running a cashflow forecasting process.

The role will also lead strategic Treasury initiatives (i.e., funding, currency hedging, systems development) and closely liaise with the Group Treasury function to ensure alignment on key policy issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Continue with the development and implementation of the banking strategy for INEOS Automotive; leveraging existing relationships and building new ones where appropriate.
  • Open and manage bank accounts as required and in the currencies where there is a requirement to do so.
  • Manage multiple online banking platforms, ensure dual authorisation is in place, and control user access. Act as first line of support to end users.
  • Lead the identification, review and selection of cash management platforms for future implementation for INEOS Automotive
  • Take full responsibility for all cash management activities, ensuring adequate cash is available to run the business smoothly in all locations
  • Develop and operate cash pooling process
  • Develop strategies for INEOS Automotive relating to currency exposure and hedging. Balance currencies, including buying and selling different currencies as required either to INEOS Group or externally via online Forex trading platforms
  • Lead weekly cash forecast process for INEOS Automotive
  • Manage the company’s credit card programme including new user set up and control of credit limits.
  • Manage business partner Letter’s of Credit, ensuring that they meet the company’s requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance cashflow through effective cash management, including reviews of payment terms, aged receivables, and balance sheet reviews
  • Develop strategies to minimise deposit holding charges
  • Coordinate / consolidate reporting to Group Finance team

In addition to these Treasury related activities, the role holder will also lead and coordinate the maintenance of Company Secretarial records and legal entity information.

For the Treasury Manager we are looking for:

  • Accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or specific treasury qualification)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience of setting up Banking platforms in multiple currencies and countries
  • Good system knowledge, preferably SAP and ideally SAP S4 Hana.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence people
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
