Key Result Areas:  Incident free operations, Adherence to INEOS Group Guide Notes (IGGNs), INEOS 20 Principles of Managing Behavior Safety and Process Safety, INEOS Group Process Safety Management Guidelines, Life Saving Rules (LSR), Styrolution Group Guide Note (SGGNs), ISO Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), MTP SHE Procedures, Rules and Regulations, Compliance with local regulations.

Major Activities:

• Participate on all applicable SHE (internal and/or external)  training and refresher to reinforce SHE awareness
• Active support to the safety culture at site and work safely for incident free operation.
• Understand and follow annual SHE improvement plan for the site. 
• Develop own individual SHE KPIs in accordance and alignment to the site SHE KPIs and Targets set by management on annual basis and provide periodic status report to supervisor and management.
• Participate in Behavior Based Safety (BBS) program at site.
• Support Site SHE committee to resolve safety issues and drive SHE performance.
• Be conscious that all incidents including Near Miss at site must be reported, investigated and action items must be tracked to closure.
• Active support and use of digital platforms (KMS, Gensuite, SAP, etc)  for incident reporting and investigation, BBS, MOC, action item tracking & closure, regulatory compliance and other related  
• Support Supervisor to close all SHE related action items from inspections, audits, plant walkthroughs.
• Active participation and support Asset Managers on the INEOS Styrolution Asset Care program. Show pride in your workplace by reporting assets in need of repair or housekeeping.
• Follow Operating Envelope (OE) guideline.
• Participate and maintaining good Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) in daily operation. Continuous Improve & Suggestion in OCS to meet the standard/requirement.
• Identify, understand and follow all SHE risks/hazards involve in their work and comply site Procedures, Rules and Regulations aligned with, INEOS Group Guidance Notes (IGGNs), INEOS 20 Principles, INEOS PSM Guidelines, Life Saving Rules (LSR),Styrolution Group Guide Notes (SGGNs), ISO Standards and all applicable local legal requirements (in adherence to site licenses and permits) 
• Take charge of safety for own, others employees, contractors, visitors and partners at site
• Participate, support and comply in all PSM Programs (HAZOP review, SIL Study, Management of Change (MOC), PSSR, Permit to Work
• Participate on the INEOS Styrolution Sustainability program at site.
• Always use your Stop Work Authority (SWA) when you feel there is a situation or act that is unsafe. Promote  use to all contractors. Directly intervene with those in your working area not using PPE or not following INEOS standards and procedures.
• Perform and maintain the respective workplace in order and cleans part of daily duty and ensure work area is always well kept and consistently at high housekeeping standards and practices
• Implement Environmental aspect assessment and risk assessment in in your respective functions.
• Participate in (internal and external) inspections and audits to identify gaps for improvement and compliance to the expected SHE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, INEOS 20 Principles, PSM, IGGNs and SGGNs)
• Take the time to complete the work safely and adhere to all SHE requirements. 
• Proactively provide feedback to their supervisors their ideas for improvements in any aspects related to SHE
• Participate and support in all emergency response plan and drills, and follow strictly the site emergency response plan during such occasions
• Correctly use any equipment, systems or other controls provided to ensure the appropriate level of control of SHE issues including their own protection and the protection of others.

Key Result Areas :  Operate Raw material, Additives, Pigment, Packaging, Utility chemical purchasing

Major Activities :

• Co-ordinate with internal department for Raw materials, Additives, Pigment, Packaging, Utility chemical requirement as described in Purchase Request
•  Monitor purchasing plan against production’s requirement, and propose purchase plan to manager (extra increase quantity, decrease quantity). Also specify to internal related department to issue Purchase Request to match the planned purchase quantity.
• Execute all loop process of material procuring from P/R to P/O (process from sending out inquiries until P/O issuing) including the follow up of delivery & related document.
• Coordinate with Account Department and Finance Department on term of payment according to purchase condition.
• Participate in an internal or external department meeting to bare the problem and solves the commercial problem.

Key Result Areas :   Operate / sourcing new alternative material, alternative vendors

Major Activities :

• Sourcing of new vendor, all material, packaging
• Verify initially that new materials, packaging has right specification to company’s standard requirement.
• Request support documents (ex. Specification, Technical data sheet, SDS, Regulatory document etc.)
• Issue Material Request Sheet to Q/A division for technically specification comparison
• Arrange sample for production test
• Negotiate standard payment terms, delivery conditions
• Create vender list in SAP

Key Result Areas :  Vendor evaluation & development

Major Activities :

• Monitor & analyze vendor by doing supplier evaluation, submit to Q/A division.
• Issue complaint letters, or claim notification to vendors
• Co-ordinate with related division for corrective action, or recommendation to improve vendors.
• Propose corrective action, or recommendation to vendor by discussion
• Monitor & evaluate result of improving

Key Result Areas :  Vendor management

Major Activities :

• Discuss, meeting with supplier to know vendor in vertical.
• Maintain relationship with vendors

• Foresee monitoring possible risk occurred.
• Propose scenarios of risk avoidance reporting to manage

Key Result Areas :  Obtain and maintain an excellent professional knowledge.

Major Activities :

• Obtain knowledge concerning : Legal, Environmental, Financial, Customs rules & regulations, customs tariff code, import duty etc.
• Participate and exchange information with procurement group in MTP (best practices, benchmark….)
• Responsible for the SAP key user activities

Key Result Areas :  Inventory management.

Major Activities :

• Monitoring material and packaging inventory level to be in target inventory.
• Co-ordinate with related division for any change / effected on inventory.
• Optimize inventory level to related with production consumption, order lead time, storage tank level

Major Activities :

• Consolidate APAC order to EMEA and NAFTA
• Optimize inventory level of whole APAC to be in target.
• Co-ordinate with related plant for any requirement, change, effect on Luran HH-120 order, shipment, and inventory level.
