Team Lead Planning & Business Support
Accountabilities of the job
- You manage the Planning and Business Support team, this includes setting individual objectives, coaching and developing team members, succession planning…
- You are line manager for the day-to-day logistics planning of inbound feedstocks and outbound finished products.
- You recommend selling and buying options to product management based on day-to-day changes and insights and advise them to shape the mid-term decision making by sharing knowledge, supply chain and product planning limitations (0-12 months).
- You build business cases for improvement plans and present them to senior management.
- You manage major supply disruptions including Force Majeure situations.
- You are a member of the duty rota schedule for Business Support Team.
- You are back-up for and replace the Supply Chain & Customer Service manager in his/her absence.
Required Profile
- Bachelor level education with experience in a relevant job.
- Strong people leader and team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good interpersonal skills overall.
- Customer centric
- Ability to influence peers as well as leaders through critical thinking and persuasion
- Results/delivery orientated – takes the initiative without being instructed
- Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a highly dynamic environment
