FPS is a 100% INEOS-owned integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system with a nominal capacity in excess of one million barrels per day serving the central area of the North Sea.
Oil and gas liquids from over 50 offshore fields and St Fergus flow through pipelines into FPS. FPS transports crude oil and gas liquids from offshore and onshore entry points, processes the liquids at Kinneil and redelivers to the customer Forties Blend crude oil at Hound Point and either Raw Gas or fractionated Gas Products at Grangemouth
job purpose
-
To develop and lead the Tankage overhaul programme required to maintain asset storage and business legislative requirements.

Lead the project team, 3rd party engineering & design team, supporting SIPS contractors and asset based resource to safely deliver tank overhaul and upgrade scopes across various INEOS FPS South sites.

Principle accountabilities:
-
Maintain the Tankage Overhaul strategy to deliver in accordance with business demands.

Manage site activity of associated project disciplines ensuring compliance with tank planning procedures.

Develop scope of work documents with Inspection findings, Asset requirements and legislative upgrades.

Monitor costs and ensure accurate monthly forecasting with support of Cost Engineer.

Drive compliance of activity planning and gate readiness in accordance with site planning process.

Lead Management of Change (MoC) reviews, interactive planning sessions, constructability and cost review sessions to maintain compliance and drive efficiency.

Monitor and maintain SHE data to enable effective trending of data, organisational learning and upward reporting.

Establish and sustain effective working relationships with all project stakeholders, asset teams and 3rd parties.

Provide team members with clear leadership, support, coaching and development to attain their full potential and to ensure individual objectives are met.

Provides functional direction and staffing support to Tankage and FM team.
qualifications and technical experience
-
Degree in Engineering, (Preferably Mechanical)
-
Chartered Engineer or working towards Chartership (Preferable)
-
5 years + experience
-
Project Engineering experience preferred but not essential

Ability to deliver scope to tight deadlines

Excellent Team working skills
-
Ability to set clear Goals and Objectives and deliver on these

Experience in Oil & Gas or Chemical Industries
