Location: Hull (UK)

INEOS Acetyls produces over 3 million tonnes per annum from 8 manufacturing locations across the globe and generates EBITDA of > 300 million Euro. It has leading market positions in Europe, USA and Asia. The business is headquartered in London and this role is based at our Hull site, UK, alongside our wider business team.

Whilst growing the profitability of the Acetyls business we must combine our plans with developing sustainability legislation and growing customer demand for a lower carbon footprint and a sustainability strategy that meets the wider consumer direction.

About the Opportunity

The Acetyls Sustainability Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering INEOS Acetyls sustainability plans, reporting and obligations. Including developing our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plans, delivering all environmental, energy and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting, commercial delivery of Emission Trading Scheme (ETS) and Climate Change Levy obligations and leading on sustainability developments and global/regional legislation, policy and funding.

About you

You will have a Degree in Science, Engineering or Business, and have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in petrochemicals and/or Sustainability/ESG/CSR activities
