For our office/site in Ningbo we are looking for a

Site Logistic Manager  (F/M)

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise coordination of supply and demand planning for logistic and distribution purpose
   Major Activities :

• Manage and provide direction for well-balanced major RM with internal and external supplies, mainly bulk materials
• Monitor adjustment of production plan according to change of sales quantity by grade or production condition
• Monitor adjustment of packaging and stuffing plan of product in line with sales priority
• Monitor adjustment of purchasing quantity for packaging materials by sales trend by grade
  Outcome :
  Contribute effective balancing of supply and demand based on business strategy and planning
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise inbound direct and Indirect spend management including shore tanks and raw material transportation equipment/facilities
   
   Major Activities :

• Provide ongoing supervision and direct below activities to ensure good performance
• Manage incoming material management (raw materials, packing materials, and spare parts)
• Manage inland transportation and import clearance
• Manage good receipt of all work service for plant
• Manage carrying out of all material to production team and functional team
• Manage management of facilities including lots of tanks and pipeline in shore and plant
  Outcome :
  Maintain the right conditions for receipt of all incoming materials and perform good procedure and support in accordance with SCM plan without trouble
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise outbound product management
   Major Activities :

• Provide ongoing supervision and direct below activities to ensure good performance
• Monitor delivery order processing by sales order
• Manage loading and transportation to domestic customers
• Manage loading and inland transportation for export sales
• Manage everything related out-bounding including customs clearance, government guidance and transport accident etc.
• Manage management bonded container yard in plant and efficient operation of containers
  Outcome :
  Support to customers to be delivered on time without any trouble
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise logistic equipment and facility management and process management such as silo, bagging machine, palletizing and stretching hood machine etc
   Major Activities :

• Act as an asset manager for facilities belonging to the logistics team
• Provide ongoing supervision and direct below activities to ensure good performance
• Monitor packaging process according to daily production considering capacity of silo and warehouse and updated sales plan
• Manage maintain and improvement of packaging materials
• Establish to optimize machines (packaging, sewing, palletizing machine, forklift) and facilities (warehouses for product and raw material, tanks in shore and plant, pipeline infrastructure) thought investment plan
  Outcome :
  Efficient management of silo operation, packaging procedure and equipment/facilities
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise inventory management in on-site and off-site warehouses
   Major Activities :

• Provide ongoing supervision and direct below activities to ensure good performance
• Supervise inventory control and stock taking by surveyor and other departments
• Supervise inventory adjustment the difference between accounting inventory and physical one
  
  Outcome :
  Efficient inventory management and warehouse management
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise subcontractors and contracting parties
   Major Activities :

• Establish evaluation system for subcontractors and contracting parties
• Direct and monitor management of subcontractors for packaging and shipping in full compliance with subcontractor law by government
• Make sure we are in good process with contracting parties for transportation, shore tank service, customs clearance and etc.
  Outcome :
  To ensure stable and safety “Logistics System” with rational cost

   Supervise customer service
   Major Activities :

• Provide ongoing supervision and direct below activities to ensure good performance
• Direct preparation for the countermeasure of claims from customer related on logistics
  Outcome :
  To support sales team to strengthen sales force and to be more competitive
  

1. Key Result Areas :
   Supervise maintain and observation of EHS regulation
   Major Activities :

• Supervise observation of regulation and government law by all team members
• Supervise preparation for audits from Government and global organization related on Logistics (ISO, Asset care, BS & PS audit, INEOS logistic guidelines/policies, internal audit etc.)
• Perform a role as TDS (Transportation and Distribution Safety) advisor and supervise responsible person who perform all issue related on TDS.
• Perform a role as approver of work permit of work service concerning facility in warehouse and tanks at plant/shore.
  Outcome :
  To ensure stable and safety “Logistics System” in accordance with related laws

   People management
   Major Activities :

• Decision job allocation of team members to ensure effective organization
• Prepare motivation of team members and lead strengthen competency of them
• Information interchange through meeting with shippers community in Ulsan area
• Monitor and direct efficient organization of service providers
• Supervise key user to educate and lead team members to be good user for ERP system
  Outcome :
  Effective organization to perform company’s strategy and goal
