INEOS FPS

FPS is a 100% INEOS-owned integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system with a nominal capacity in excess of one million barrels per day serving the central area of the North Sea.

Oil and gas liquids from over 50 offshore fields and St Fergus flow through pipelines into FPS. FPS transports crude oil and gas liquids from offshore and onshore entry points, processes the liquids at Kinneil and redelivers to the customer Forties Blend crude oil at Hound Point and either Raw Gas or fractionated Gas Products at Grangemouth.

Job Purpose

Responsible for delivering an integrated schedule for Kinneil asset incorporating, maintenance, inspection, fabric maintenance and project related activities to ensure the delivery of safe, reliable site operations. The post-holder will report to the Kinneil Planning Team Leader and work with relevant stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient delivery of activities.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Work with the relevant planners and job owners to ensure detailed job planning for all activities to be executed on the Kinneil asset.
  • Coordinate delivery of the Site 6 week and 2 week execution schedules in Primavera.
  • Progress work in Primavera and ensure close out of Maximo work orders.
  • Have the ability to lead planning improvements within the Team.
  • Work with Operations and Asset Planning teams to ensure preparation of high quality planning schedules for Asset.  
  • Resource tracking and levelling of the maintenance, inspection and 3rd party activities.
  • Work with relevant SPA to ensure job readiness.
  • Reporting on Job Status and Completion requirements.  
  • Communicate the agreed Site 6 week and 2 week execution schedules.
  • Support execution efficiency KPI development to identify areas for work execution improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of operational, engineering and maintenance systems and processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Ineos maintenance standards, Integrity Management, Control of work and HSSE.
  • Understanding of Planning and Scheduling processes, concepts and tools.
  • Good communication and engagement skills.

Qualifications, knowledge and Skills

  • ONC/HNC in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using MMS system.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft base products and Planning tools (Primavera).
  • Positive attitude, self-confident, independent and ability to work on own initiative.
