Your Career: As Sales Operations Coordinator for INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast-moving environment, preparing for the Grenadier delivery in 2022 whilst also supporting the worldwide business expansion. You will be surrounded by a team of local and international experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.
The Role: The Sales Operations Coordinator supports with the management of all Sales Operations processes. Tasks will vary from tracking and reconciling retailer bonuses, to ensuring sales programmes are delivering the right results and managed within budget. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also work with 3rd party providers, such as registration authorities and will need to ensure that all system updates are launched efficiently with minimal impact to daily operations for the business.

For the Sales Operations Coordinator role, we are looking for:
- Experience supporting a busy sales team (automotive industry preferred however not essential)
- Strong Administration skills
- Previous experience with SAP desired
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
