Your Career: As the Sales Administrator of INEOS Automotive you will work within a scale-up and fast moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

The Role: This is a role supporting the Regional Business Manager DACH in the overall management of this successful region. This includes the preparation of studies, analyses and presentations as well as back-office administration required to keep the region organized and manageable.

The role also supports the planning and managing of marketing events and campaigns as well as in the preparation of quotes/and offers for tenders and fleet deals in the DACH region. The Sales Administrator will work closely alongside the commercial team Europe as well as the global commercial team in London.

For the Sales Administrator we are looking for:

  • Support the Regional Business Manager of the DACH region in the development, adaptation and execution of innovative sales strategies for the region considering the complexities of national law, licensing requirements, homologation and derogation issues etc. Fields of strategy development include among others: distribution channel, network development, marketing approach, fleet and pre-owned strategies.
  • Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends within the industry and customer experience trends. Creative with ability to think outside the box. IT literacy (presentations and office package) and commercial acumen. Process driven.
  • A team player able to prioritise and work towards tight deadlines
  • Relationship building, negotiation and communications skills
  • Minimum of 2+ years working experience required
