SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Grade: Senior Management

Main role purpose:

The post holder leads INOVYN’s supply chain activities; the interfaces with internal & external stakeholders; and compliance with regulations, policies & standards; to efficiently and effectively manage resources and the flow of materials & information in alignment with business strategy and objectives.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

•    Provide leadership within the supply chain function to ensure continuous and sustainable progress in SHE performance. 
•    Define and develop the supply chain strategy and its transformation roadmap to ensure opportunities are exploited to the fullest extent in support of business safety, production, profitability and sustainability priorities.
•    Lead the supply chain operations and its continuous improvement to deliver world class standards in SHE performance, customer service, business planning, logistics & distribution.
•    Develop and lead the supply chain organisation and ensure those within it are fully engaged, committed, skilled and motivated to deliver the supply chain strategy.  
 

Key skills & experience:
•    A degree in a business, commercial or science discipline.
•    Demonstrable business acumen gained through at last 15 years of experience in different fields, including business or supply chain management.
•    Able to manage and deliver best performance across a large, diverse team and lead by example through coaching, promoting personal accountability, and conflict resolution.
•    A strategic thinker and problem solver, able to navigate from the big picture to the fine detail.
•    Highly organised with excellent planning and project management skills.
•    A recognised change agent and business transformer who is recognised for their positive impact and influence.
•    Able to positively influence people at all levels and to challenge the norm through creative and innovative thinking.
•    A self-starter who will take the initiative.
