As Environmental specialist he/she has expertise in doing EIA (Environmental Impact Analysis) of existing processes and new processes (projects), developing and implementing environmental programs, leading investigations and root cause analyses, assessing EMS and include site personnel and collaborate in all aspects of such an effort while abiding by the mission, objectives, and policies of the Company as well as relevant environmental legal regulations.
- Site chemical control (RMP, risk management plan and OCA, Offsite consequence analysis, Hazard communication)
- Environmental performance monitoring
- SHE management (ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO50001),
- Environmental incident investigation.
- INEOS SHE initiatives on environment, energy saving and etc.
- INEOS IGGNs and 20 principles
SHE programs of BBSO, Near Hit, HIPO, SHE metric reporting, community involvement, and others
Environmental planning and program implementation : Maintain evironmental accident free site
Reliable wastewater treatment plant operation and legal compliance : Mitigate environmental impact
Corporate environmental governance : Sustain business compliance and reliable operation
Level of education & Knowledge:
- Bachelor degree in chemical engineering / environment
Experience in general:
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in chemical process & similar field under SHE task.
Technical skills:
- Environmental certificate on water/air/waste and others
- Lead auditor or auditor ISO14001 certificate
- Knowledgeable in environmental impact analysis
- Fluent in written & spoken English
