  • Support Planning Manager for SPEC planning and execution.
  • Coordination with Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Logistic and operations for execution of SPEC  planning.

  • Adjust heritage operation to new global organization operation to be ready for growth
  • Daily coordination within Operations team, Business Team, SCM & Procurement team, QA team and Tollers regarding Production Planning, Sales Planning & RM Planning

    C. Responsibilities/ Accountabilities of the job: Describe the main results expected from the job
  1. Key Result Areas: SPEC production Planning & Execution

Major Activities:

  • MIS preparation and data analysis for effective production planning.
  • Coordination and follow up with Sales & Marketing, Procurement, Logistic and operations for SPEC production planning and execution.
  • Conduct & improve S&OP meetings.

Outcome:  Accurate SPEC production planning and execution.

  1. Key Result Areas: Raw Materials & Intermediates Planning

Major Activities:

  • Maintain & Improve raw material requirement planning process
  • Intermediate production plan to ensure timely material availability
  • 1 year forward plan based on given OP numbers and shutdown plan
  • Keep track of the key intermediates from requirement generation to arrival at plant

Outcome:  Accurate RM & Intermediate planning and zero production interruption.

  1. Key Result Areas: Inventory Management

Major Activities:

  • Manage optimum level of inventory considering stock policy as well as production & sales planning
  • Maintain SLOB inventory below target level for FG & SFG and discuss with stakeholders for reduction of the same.

Outcome:  Control of NWC as per the target.

  1. Key Result Areas : Drive projects related to Supply Planning & SAP

Major Activities:   

  • Participate in the meetings & discussions for ongoing projects related to Supply Planning
  • Support with required data gathering

Outcome: Enhanced efficiency in data management

F. Required profile:


Level of education & Knowledge:

• Graduate in Science, PG Diploma or Masters in Management

Experience in general:

  • Min 2-3 years in Operation or planning

Technical skills:

  • Should be well aware SAP, Microsoft office, Good command on excel and language skills.
  • Must have basic knowledge about product & process.
