Your responsibilities
- Be able to capture and manage business user requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Support a diverse SAP S4/HANA user-base across sites all over Europe and design, together with the business functions, processes in the PM area, reporting to the Manufacturing, Procurement and Plant Maintenance Lead
- Focus on S4/HANA but also other IT related systems which are critical to the maintenance processes, e.g. permit to work application
- Manage SAP 1st and 2nd line support incidents, problems and record change impact assessments and change request logs
- Liaise with various internal business user groups for the development, implementation, standardization and maintenance of new or improved processes
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests and provide guidance and instructions to key users and staff members
- Perform configuration analysis, reporting and administration of SAP roles and maintain up-to-date documentation
Your qualifications
- University degree or related experience
- Strong SAP PM experience including design, configuration and testing in the PM area + knowledge of integration points with other modules
- Project Management qualifications or demonstrated experience
- SAP Business Analysis experience across the investigation, analysis, design, build and testing of applications
- Experience with SAP ABAP and in SAP S4/HANA, e.g. understanding, set-up, configuration and extending Fiori Applications
- Self-motivated individual, results focused with passion for service delivery and attention to detail
- Flexible and enthousiastic team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and German
