Organisational context
and job purpose
To be the focal point of ERP systems Support for Petroineos providing Business Analysis support to the business being capable of delivering the appropriate development of the systems and business processes ensuring they continue to meet the requirements of the businesses; also being the cover for FPS.
Deliver systems services, enhancements and projects through proactive collaboration with business functions, 3rd parties and other IT functions, to ensure the ongoing system integrity and stability, enabling businesses to operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.
On an ad hoc basis; deliver systems services, enhancements and projects through proactive collaboration with Petroineos / Breagh and any other business functions, 3rd parties and other businesses IT functions, to ensure the ongoing system integrity and stability, enabling businesses to operate in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Provide expertise within their functional area on the use and appropriate development of the systems and business processes, ensure they continue to meet the requirements of the businesses
Provide proactive support of the Business Information users including requirement gathering, identification of opportunities for BI to add value to the business, and assist in the design and implementation of ETL scripts and business reports, in line with defined BI standards, monitor and maintain the system operations, coach and train users.
Responsibilities AND Accountabilities
- SAP Configuration at least 3 life cycles in FI / CO
- Accounting Business Background
- Business Process Analyst with experience of compiling Business as well as Technical specifications and delivering against the spec
Skills & Knowledge Required
Education/Experience
- SAP Configuration at least 3 life cycles in FI / CO
- Accounting Business Background
- Business Process Analyst with experience of compiling Business as well as Technical specifications and delivering against the spec
Skills/Competencies
- Qlikview user / Developer
- Batch job management (Cronacle)
- SAP PRO (Process Orchestration) experience
- SAP Security
- Support Experience for SAP including help desk processes
