For our office in Frankfurt we are looking for a
Regional Category Buyer ICT/Business Services (F/M/D)
YOUR PERSPECTIVE:
• Provide INEOS Styrolution with sufficient reliable and compliant sources of supply, with competitive prices and on-spec deliveries
• Apply a comprehensive Category Management methodology to develop and implement global /regional Category Strategies
• Ensure an intensive and constructive alignment with all relevant internal stakeholders (such as IT, HR, Communication, Finance, Supply Chain etc.)
• Negotiate regional contracts to ensure ongoing supply security and achieve competitive terms & conditions
• Monitor and manage supplier’s performance and supply portfolio. Act as primary contact towards key suppliers
• Create value add and bottom line impact for Styrolution such as cost savings, risk reduction, higher delivery flexibility, increased competitiveness more efficient processes, supplier innovation, etc.
• Collaborate within the INEOS Group Procurement network
• Proceed the PO (Purchase Order) for his/her categories when the operational buyer is not available
YOUR PROFILE:
• Degree in economics or business administration
• Minimum 4 years work experience in Strategic Procurement
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, preferably in an international environment
• Good experience with procurement of IT and/or Services
• Strong expertise in procurement techniques, sourcing methods, category management and strategies
• Excellent negotiation skills, strong analytical skills, leadership and impact orientation
• Good skills in SAP (MM) and MS Office
• Very good analytical and reporting skills
• Very strong interpersonal, cross-cultural understanding, team player
• Fluent English and fluent German language skills, additional language advantageous
