FPS is a 100% INEOS-owned integrated oil and gas liquid transportation and processing system with a nominal capacity in excess of one million barrels per day serving the central area of the North Sea.

Oil and gas liquids from over 50 offshore fields and St Fergus flow through pipelines into FPS. FPS transports crude oil and gas liquids from offshore and onshore entry points, processes the liquids at Kinneil and redelivers to the customer Forties Blend crude oil at Hound Point and either Raw Gas or fractionated Gas Products at Grangemouth

job purpose

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the RLPG Life Extension Project at the RLPG asset. The post-holder will report to the RLPG Life Extension Project manager and work with relevant discipline SPA’s to ensure safe and efficient delivery of activities.

principle accountabilities

  • Detailed job planning for the RLPG Life Extension Project along with other set piece activities
  • Deliver fully optimised schedules for these disciplines for the asset.
  • Carry out detailed job planning within the Maximo MMS.
  • Working with the cost engineer to report progress/work done against the budget. 
  • Preparation of the RLPG Life Extension project, 8Q, 12wk, 6wk and 2wk schedules for a dedicated asset area.
  • Resource tracking and levelling of the RLPG Life Extension project schedules.
  • Working with the managing contractor to confirm availability of vendors and materials.
  • Work with relevant construction supervisors to ensure job readiness.
  • Track the permits within the electronic Control of Work system related to scheduled activities. Drive the contractors to submit permits to be gate compliant within the planning process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of operational, engineering and maintenance systems and processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Ineos maintenance standards, Integrity Management, Control of work and HSSE.
  • Understanding of Planning and Scheduling processes, concepts and tools.
  • Good communication and engagement skills.be successful in the role

qualifications and technical experience

  • Experience of operational, engineering and maintenance systems and processes.
  • Experience of planning for TARs and large set piece events.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft base products and Planning tools (Primavera)
  • Good working knowledge of Ineos maintenance standards, Integrity Management, Control of work and HSSE.
  • Understanding of Planning and Scheduling processes, concepts and tools.
  • Good communication and engagement skills.
