Your role: As part of the PMO team in Programme, you will work cross-functionally with all internal business work streams and external service suppliers. You own the Product Development Processes (PDP) for New Product Introduction (NPI) as well as for Life Cycle Management (LCM). You embrace the fact that INEOS Automotive is a scale-up company, developing its processes and systems.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Implementation and improvement of new and existing project management processes and Product Development Process (PDP).
  • Roll-out of IT-systems to support the processes. You´ll cooperate with other department, such as IT to implement systems to support the programme and project management processes.
  • You´ll seek alignment and approval cross-functionally to sign-off processes and systems and ensure smooth go-live and use of such.
  • Overall, cross-functional constant improvement of quality and efficiency of the business’ Programme and Project management.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • A degree in Business is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience gained at an automotive OEM or Tier1 supplier. Preferably at an OEM.
  • Proven experience in automotive related product development, ideally in a mass-production environment.
  • Proven experience in project management.
