Programme Manager (Styling Team)

Your Career: To strengthen our Design team with focus on Grenadier derivatives, but also in expanding our business into a multi car line company we are looking for a Programme Manager within the Design Team at INEOS Automotive, who will work within a scale-up and fast-moving environment. You will be surrounded by a team of experts in their field and be given the autonomy and freedom to develop the role as we grow.

Overview: You will have to meet tight deadlines, have a strong interpersonal and communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work independently . You must be able to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with external and internal teams at all levels across the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):

  • Define project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities
  • Coordinate people and processes to deliver the Design projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability & allocation – both internally and third party
  • Act as a point of liaison between Design, the project team and senior management
  • Plan, monitor and regularly report to the Head of Design INEOS Automotive and other relevant stakeholders on the progress of the project
  • Outline a budget based on the project requirements and track the costs to deliver project with the set budget
  • Prepare a detailed project plan, incl. key project milestones, workstreams & activities
  • Ensure that the project is delivered according to the defined plan
  • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Manage the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction
  • Prepare and distribute meeting invites as well as meeting minutes (primarily management meetings and alignments)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Master’s degree in business or a related field
  • Experience in the automotive field
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Profound knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel, other PM tools, methodologies and best practices
