We are looking for a
Production Shift Operator
Ulsan,Korea (the Republic of) (KR)
Operate and manage the production process to achieve the production target and Maintain Process and facilities in stable and safety condition
Production
-Operate the production process and manage the facilities to meet the production target..
-Check the various process data required to perform the specified production
-Take actions according to the regulations and guidelines for problems that occur during production, and record in a check sheet and report to shift leader according to the importance of the problem.
-Carry out product inspection according to the set period, and classify the product according to the result.
-Handling of chemicals (raw materials) and improvement of irrationality.
-Compliance with environmental/safety/health procedures
Process / Asset Management
-Identify abnormal facilities in the process and report them to shift leader so that repairs can be carried out.
-Identification of difficulties in the process and improvement of irrational parts are suggested.
-Check and supervise that all equipment and instruments are properly inspected, maintained and repaired
-Maintain and manage the area in charge
Quality Control
-Check the quality data to see if the product is being produced according to the specified specification.
-In case of quality abnormality, classify the product then identify the cause and take measures to normalize it, and record it in a check sheet and report it to the shift leader
SHE
-In case of an abnormality such as emergency discharge due to process abnormality, report it to the shift leader and follow the instructions.
-Participate in the team's own SHE committee.
-Manage so that the process can be maintained in an organized/ordered state.
-Conduct pre-operation inspections and keep records of them
-Inspect and record the operation details of emission prevention facilities in the area in charge
Education/Qualification:
1. College graduate or technical high school.
2. Chemistry, chemical engineering preferred.
3. Positive attitude and the ability to work well as a team.
4. Good interpersonal skills and high sense of responsibility.
