Production Operating (CPD) Tech. I

• Operate equipments in ABS Compounding units and other department in order to achieve good operation and excellence product quality.
• Maintain the ABS Compounding units’ competitive position on Overall Equipment Effectiveness by reducing rate loss, down time, non-conform material, solve recurring problems which effect effectiveness.
• Check and inspect operation by perform quality and process problem solving, process control and troubling shooting.
• Coordinate with other departments during shut down and equipment maintenance.
• Operate and maintain all phases of operation of the unit in a safe and efficient way following operating instructions, standard procedures and safety procedures.
• Prepares production and process daily report
