- Operate DCS and PLC in the ABS Compounding units’ competitive position on Overall Equipment Effectiveness by reducing rate loss, down time, non-conform material, solve recurring problems which effect effectiveness.
- Coordinate the work of the operating technicians in the unit and other department in order to achieve good operation and excellence product quality.
- Check and review operation by perform quality and process problem solving, process control and troubling shooting.
- Coordinate with other departments during shut down and equipment maintenance.
- Operate and maintain all phases of operation of the unit in a safe and efficient way following operating instructions, standard procedures and safety procedures.
- Prepares production and process daily report.
