We are looking for a
Process Safety Engineer
Map Ta Phut,Thailand (TH)
Develop and own the site Process Safety Management System. Accountable for compliance with all IGGN, SGGN related to process safety and champion the INEOS 10 Process Safety Principles throughout the site
Major Activities:
- Develop and own the MTP site Process Safety Management system.
- Responsible to ensure that all audit findings from the Process Safety Principle Audits are closed out in a timely basis and work towards achieving a green status.
- Responsible to ensure that INSTH is fully compliance with the OSHA 14 Process Safety Elements and compliant with Thai PSM, as required by law.
- Be a source of accurate Process Safety Information sharing to all who require it at MTP.
- Responsible to function as site HAZOP Facilitator (as well as understanding of LOPA, SIL studies).
- Responsible for use and data upkeep of the PHA works
- Responsible for achieving Site Business Plan objective assigned to PS Engineer role.
- Responsible as site MOC Coordinator, ensuring that the KMS computerized MOC program is up to date and that a better than 90% closure of outstanding action items is achieved in a calendar year.
- Leading and Conducting all PHA studies during management of change, new projects and when needed to do so.
- Responsible to follow up on all Facility Siting studies QRA recommendations for MTP site and interfacing with Facility Siting Consultant.
- Represent SHE Department on PSSR’s together with Occupational safety personnel.
- Provide guidance to the Critical Mechanical Integrity program/IGGN8/IGGN30. Partner with Maintenance and Reliability function on site to achieve a full compliance.
- Responsible for leading Process Safety related incident investigations.
- Provide guidance in the development and application of PS Training programs at MTP.
- Participate in the Emergency Preparedness and Response program as a site ERP member.
- Participate in the site BBSO program, as per stated KPI.
- Participate in site Behaviour Safety and other assigned Audits (i.e. confined space, MOC, PTW etc)
- Work closely with regional and global process safety personnel within INSTH
Training and Development
Major Activities:
- Provide SHE training to all employees, any concerns to Process safety knowledge
- Train plant management for special safety tools eg: incident investigation, PHA’s HAZOPs, What-if, HAZID.
Special assignment function
Major Activities:
- May assigned as the Safety Officer (Professional level) (Regarding to legal requirement)
- Act as the team member of accident investigation procedure. Monitor and maintain incident report database driving actions to closure.
- Act as the team member on the emergency control team (ECT)
- Act as the SMR (Safety Management Representative) (Regarding to company assignment)
- Act as the Internal auditor (ISO14001, ISO 45001, IEAT PSM, INEOS PS Audits and any other assigned by the SHE Manager and/or Site Leadership Team)
