The Position:  Process Ingineer - Maintain the reliability of the production process through component personnel and statistical controls; as well as the administration of the recipes of the products in order to ensure their availability within the Quality System of the Plant.  

Requirements: 

Chemical Engineer

+ 3 years of experience on chemical process plants

Knowledge in Safety & Quality

Technical skills:

1. Control of chemical processes and plastics transformation
2. Statistical processes control
3. Process safety
4. Development and monitoring of investment projects
5. English language advanced level
6. SAP System
7. Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

Safety Compliance

1. Availability and reliability of production and quality recipes.
2. Optimization of processes
3. Production Process Reliability

Critical challenges:

1. Improve programs and methodologies to optimize production processes.
2. Out of control product testing
3. Lack of resources for process optimization
4. Product out of specification
5. Staff  skills improvement
6. Unforeseen failures in process equipment

Physical Requirements: 

This position must be able to do walk around to review process in the Plant.

Must be able to work closely with the Supervisors and Process Operators to assistance for daily tasks and requires by the Plant Manager

The Location: This opportunity is located in Altamira, Tamaulipas, Mexico
