ABOUT OUR OPPORTUNITY
Job Purpose
As the Personal Assistant to the Board of Directors you will provide support to ensure the executive leadership team can effectively and efficiently run the business operations. This is an exciting role where no two days are the same.
KEY Accountabilities
- Provide a comprehensive, professional PA and administrative service to the INEOS Olefins & Polymers UK Board members (and senior managers) anticipating and resolving a broad range of issues on their behalf.
- Diary management: organising internal and external meetings, planning ahead to ensure all arrangements are in place, including facilities, resources, catering etc. This includes sourcing suitable external venues for off-site meetings and providing support as and when required.
- Travel Management: Book and proactively prepare travel itineraries ensuring all necessary documents are provided and support with expense management.
- Administrative Support: First point of contact for colleagues and external contacts wishing to contact Board members, dealing with any queries effectively, taking initiative to identify and handle any problems or issues.
- Administrative Duties: Providing assistance with additional duties such as, Procurement approvals, invoice management, document management and correspondence (letters, presentations, spreadsheets etc), adhering to company standards.
ABOUT YOU
You should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules
- Attention to detail and confidentiality is critical.
- Strong IT skills including knowledge of Office 365 suite – Word, excel PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
