Responsibilities / Accountabilities of the job

SHE

To deliver INEOS SHE best practice to YARACO, and set up SHE annually performance target, report monthly SHE performance to INEOS.
Work together with JV team to understand INEOS SHE scorecard definition and reverse old SHE performance KPI.
As being SHE supervisor, correct YARACO employee and contractor unsafe behavior and feedback SHE team, especially in TAR to improve SHE performance.
Assess existing site facility compliance issue against latest national standard and develop mitigation plan to ensure YARACO business compliance.
Work with JV team conduct project SHE assessment make sure each project phase addressed by related SHE assessment.
To share INEOS plant SHE lesson learned to JV and check out potential gaps and develop related mitigation plan.

Manufacturing Excellence

Work together with JV team to review production efficiency and update technical standard.
Work together with JV team to set up annual production plan and reliability and variable cost saving KPI.
To ensure INEOS CATIVA technology applied in YARACO keep competitive position in China.
To assess Capex projects to ensure Capex contribute safety and production to be more efficient.
To work together with technology and JV team to develop roadmap project to make YARACO production to be efficient step by step.
Responsible for related party transaction in technology and engineering.
Support JV new project to ensure INEOS interest from project.
