The Role: Network Development Manager
Working closely alongside the Head of Sales & Distribution and wider Commercial team this role is required to develop and deliver the distribution plan and continuously search for ways to enhance the overall distribution strategy. Developing relationships with key stakeholders including distribution partners relative to our business; understand the key requirements and competitive forces in the markets that we operate; research, review and feedback on the trends that will impact the Network Development plan as it is evolves.
Duties of the Network Development Manager:
- Develop the roll-out of the distribution model tailored to the Grenadier plus future vehicle lines. This is a differentiated approach by market
- Influence and steer the regional teams to ensure the global strategy is delivered
- Creating an agile and flexible network that is scalable and ensures highest levels of customer engagement
- Create thorough and robust set of standards, in line with the brand values, for Sales and Aftersales
- Oversee/create KPIs and targets by which to measure effectiveness of our distribution channels
- Build advocacy for the brand by creating a customer satisfaction programme/customer feedback loop
For our Network Development Manager we are looking for:
- Automotive Network Development experience
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest trends and commercial best practice
- Works with a creative approach and ‘out of the box’ thinking
- Proven involvement with national/international distribution activities
- Used to adapting and implementing strategies to operational level
- Ideally Automotive Retail background
