The Role: The Network Development Manager will work closely alongside the Director of Network Development and Americas functional heads while assisting communication with wider global Commercial teams. This individual is required to develop process, reporting and communication with the INEOS Automotive physical sales, service and support network across the Americas Region focusing specifically on North American market. The scope of this role spans responsibility for retail network functions dealing with partner establishment to audit of standards implementation and will encompass North American markets immediately.
The Network Development Manager will assume responsibility selection of the highest quality retail partners performing due diligence, preparation or rank and scoring, financial performance evaluation as well as onboarding of retail partners and familiarization with INEOS Automotive retail process training:

Duties include:
- Collaborate within Americas departments to evaluate dealership performance, supporting in requirements to optimise quality, operations and performance
- Adapt global training materials to the North American region
- Monitor key data KPIs – NPS, profitability, transaction pricing and personnel churn – identify areas of need and opportunity
- Work closely with the Regional Business Managers and Aftersales teams, collaborating alongside the Directors of Sales & Fleet Operations and Aftersales in meeting customer satisfaction, customer retention, retail network profitability and overall sales targets
- Responsible for the communication to the retail network in initial investment, start of sales, process optimisation and delivery quality activities
- Represent the voice of the retail network across the business, working cross-functionally to ensure retail network standards are maintained to a top standard while balancing the ability of retail network partners to be profitable and deliver a great customer experience
For the Network Development Manager role, we are looking for:
- Experience within the automotive industry and demonstrated track record in network development and performance
- Demonstrated experience in working with retailers and monitoring performance via audit, financial performance and key performance KPI
- A data-led network champion, data-driven decision-making
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability, with a clear understanding of retail partner accounts, performance indicators and drivers of performance
- Strong strategic ability with experience working within a customer-focused, high-growth, digital-first, tech platform
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills and experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders
