For our office/site in Moxi, Vadodara we are looking for a Mixing Trolley Operator (F/M)
A. Purpose/Role of the job /: Describe in 1 phrase what contribution the job is expected to make to the organization’s objectives
Preparation of mixing batches as per production plan under direct guidance of mixing operator, Keep the workplace in order & to maintain appropriate housekeeping in mixing section and Fill in for Mixing Operator during breaks.

Accuracy in weighment of Additives and Pigments

F. Required profile:
Level of education & Knowledge:
- 12th std. passed, ITI (PPO) preferred.
- Hindi and Gujarati
- English (desired).
Experience in general:
- Minimum 2 years
Technical skills:
- Safety awareness
- mixing operations knowledge
- Knowledge of equipment including safe shutdown
Competencies, Behavioral skills: (acc. to competency profile and required level of descriptions)
- Safety mindset for self and others.
- Responsible and reliable.
- Communication skill - verbal & written
- Team player and learning attitude.
Legal Training Requirements
- Under the provision (111-A) of the Factories Act 1948, reading with Gujarat Factory Rules 1963 about General Health & Safety, Emergency response, handling of hazardous substance
Job Requirements
- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Must be able to work in confined space
- Walking up to 8 hours a day
- Must be able to lift weight up to 25 kg
- Well versed with pigment & additive weighment
